This policy explains how Chris Roche, Microsoft 365 Enablement Consultant, handles personal information submitted through or generated by use of this website, chrisroche.uk.

Contact details

If you have any questions about this policy or your personal data, contact hello@chrisroche.uk.

Information you choose to provide

If you email or book a discovery call, you may provide information such as your name, email address, organisation, role, meeting details and any information you include in your message. This information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange meetings and provide consultancy services where agreed.

Website and server information

Like most websites, hosting systems may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, requested pages and access times. This information is used for security, troubleshooting and basic website operation.

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that measures page views and visits without using cookies, tracking scripts, or collecting personal information.

The contact form

The contact form on this site is handled by Netlify Forms. When you submit it, the details you enter (name, email, organisation and message) are sent to Netlify's servers and then to me. Netlify processes this data as part of providing that service; see Netlify's privacy policy for details.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use cookies and has no cookie banner. It does not use your browser's local storage to track you either.

Third-party services

The website links to third-party services including LinkedIn and Microsoft-hosted research content. If you follow those links, those services process data under their own privacy terms and policies.

Lawful basis

Where UK GDPR applies, personal information is typically processed on the basis of legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, operating the website and managing professional relationships, or to take steps before entering into or performing a contract.

How long information is kept

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was provided, including responding to enquiries, maintaining professional records, meeting legal obligations and resolving disputes.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal information. You can make a request by emailing hello@chrisroche.uk.
